Brief
Retirement Security Limited (RSL), specialists in very sheltered housing, were embarking on their biggest project; to build a new development that would be “simply the best retirement housing to be found anywhere in England”, and needed a brand appropriate for their ambition.

Strategy
Our approach was to create contemporary, aspirational branding that set Margaret Court apart from the competition and aligned it more with executive housing developments and lifestyle choices. This was applied to a marcomms campaign, consisting of hoardings, signage and brochures, alongside press releases, adverts and a website.

Results
Over half of the apartments at Margaret Court had been bought or reserved within six months of its opening. In 2011 CW was asked to refresh the website, incorporating interviews with owners and interactive 360° video tours, and ran a series of successful press ads in local publications to increase awareness. This has led to all the bungalows and the vast majority of apartments now being sold.
